Self-Awareness + Intentional Action = Meaningful Living

JUNE 16th – 21st

asheville grownAre you at a point in your life where you’re ready to explore what you’re capable of? Are you at a crossroads? Maybe you believe you can’t work your job for a paycheck any longer and are seeking something more meaningful? More financially viable?  If so, we’ve designed this week for you. You deserve a week to focus on YOU, to relax in the beauty of Asheville, North Carolina and focus the lens on your gifts, strengths, patterns of living and the ultimate callings pulling you forward into the next stage of your life.

Over the course of 5 days, you will learn from and work with several amazing facilitators, advisers, entrepreneurs and design thinkers who will work with you to help you realize what you’re capable of.

The more clear you can be about who you are, the better suited you are to live a life of self-defined meaning that inspires you and adds value to the world. A strong focus of the week will be on supporting you in developing deeper insights into who you are, how you operate, and what you’re called to do. You will learn with people who have vast experience in drawing out the potential from individuals and groups. You will leave this week with a deeper clarity of your self and your calling.
Realizing who you are and what gifts you have to share with the world is only the first part of the story. Next you have to put those gifts to action. Over the course of the week you’ll develop tools for rapid prototyping, outside-the-box innovation and problem solving techniques that will help you navigate your future. Our goal is to have you walk away from the Compass Project with a greater capacity to add value to the world.
As you go out there in the world, a huge part of making things happen has to do with your ability to tell your story in a powerful way that inspires action. We will work with you to cultivate and refine this story. So whether you’re applying for a job, starting a business of your own or meeting a stranger at the airport, you’ll have a clear sense of who you are and a powerful story that will help you activate your potential.
