Jacklyn J. Byrd is the Founder of the Be Compassion Movement as well as a student, activist, and artist at the University of Georgia. While studying Human Development, Family Science, and Dance, she advocates for safer sex, LGBTQ+ awareness, and social justice on campus and within the community. Her commitment to social justice has been recognized by Dalai Lama Fellows, Global Citizen Year, and numerous organizations at UGA.
