Anamaria designs and facilitates journeys of learning and transformation for cultural creatives and changemakers in service of a flourishing planet. She serves individuals and groups hungry to ask audacious questions that ignite passion and purpose. With her work, she takes on you a wild journey through the heart of your being into your wholeness. She helps you discover your inner and outer ecology for more inspired and committed service to the greater whole.

She is a Certified Integral Coach® (PCC level), Consultant, and Trained Facilitator working to support individuals, groups, and organizations in their development and change initiatives. She loves to design transformative coaching programs, as well as workshops and change interventions with creative and participatory methodologies. With her work she hopes to inspire, empower, and transform, in order to generate positive social, environmental, and economic impact. Her ultimate purpose is to contribute to a human presence that is more environmentally sustainable, socially just, and spiritually fulfilling.

She is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and has worked for many organizations to assist their transitions towards more humane, entrepreneurial, and sustainable cultures. Prior to being an independent consultant, she was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co,  she worked at the Colombian Ministry of Environment, and at the nonprofit Ashoka, supporting social entrepreneurs focused on environmental innovations.

Anamaria has an MBA and a Masters in Environmental Management from Yale University. Also holds a BA in Biology from Mount Holyoke College. She is part of many networks and communities. She is a founding member of the Aldeafeliz Ecovillage, an ecological community of 20 based on a 7 acre piece of land, in the outskirts of Bogota, embodying a model of living that is socially just, environmental sustainable and spiritually fulfilling. Also founding member and executive board member of the Foundation for Peace and Reconciliation, a contributing member of  “La Arenera” (the Sandbox – a local chapter of the HUB- community of social innovation and social entrepreneurship), founding member of the Society of Organizational Learning, Colombia chapter, and faculty in New Ventures West (prominent coaching school).

Anamaria was born and raised in Bogotá and did middle school, part of college and graduate school in the United States. She has traveled to more than 30 countries for work, study, and pleasure. Among these, are trips to ecovillages and ecological settlements in the US, India, and South Africa. Her friends describe her as a passionate person, energetic, inquisitive, and a connector. She is restored by nature, music, healthy living, and among all inner work. She loves to sing and play piano, and is an avid yoga practitioner.
